It’s the year 20XX. Titan 3, a self-aware Computerized Defense System, has taken over Titan City— creating a mechanical army that has slaughtered nearly all of the city’s residents. Only one man has survived Titan 3’s reign of terror: Tommy Tominaga.

To prevent Titan 3 from expanding its reach to other cities, and to destroy all evidence of its existence, the government has secretly ordered a nuclear strike on Titan City. Tommy has no choice but to surge through the machine dominated streets and escape to his freedom.
